Dwarf Mine is a Yggdrasil slot released in March 2019. It starts on five reels and four rows with 1,024 ways to win, and bonus drills can stretch the reels to seven rows and 16,807 ways. Free spins come by two separate routes: three drills in a single spin, or a collection of crystals.

How Dwarf Mine plays
Yggdrasil sets the game deep underground, where a dwarven digger drives a digging machine through the rock in search of gems. The reel set is the machine itself: wins pay across 1,024 ways rather than fixed lines, and the machine can grow while you play.
Each BONUS drill that lands adds a row, and every extra row raises the number of ways. With all seven rows open, the machine pays across 16,807 ways. The game is built from four linked features:
- Expanding Reels: bonus drills lengthen the reels from four rows to as many as seven.
- Free Spins Mode: three bonus drills in one spin start the main free spins.
- Collectable Crystals: crystals are gathered towards a second bonus round.
- Collection Free Spins: a shorter round with super high paying symbols.
Free Spins Mode and Collection Free Spins
Three bonus drills in the same spin push the machine into Free Spins Mode, which awards 10 free spins. They are always played on the fully expanded reels, so every one of them pays across 16,807 ways.
The second route takes longer. Crystals are collected as you play, and gathering five of one colour starts the Collection Free Spins: five free spins with super high paying symbols on the reels.
That gives Dwarf Mine two quite different bonuses. One is about size, with every spin played on the largest version of the machine; the other is about symbol value, with the top-paying gems added for a short run of spins.
