How to choose a slot
Three things on the help screen tell you most about how a game plays:
- RTP: the share of all money staked that a game pays back over millions of spins, such as 96%. It is a long-run average, not a forecast for your session, and some games come in more than one RTP version, so check the figure in the game you open.
- Volatility: how wins are spread. Lower-volatility games pay smaller amounts more often; higher-volatility games pay less often, with bigger features.
- Features: free spins, respins and cascades change how a game feels, but not the odds built into it.

Stakes and UK rules
Slot stakes are capped at £5 per spin if you are 25 or over, and at £2 per spin if you are 18 to 24. Each spin lasts at least 2.5 seconds, and autoplay and turbo spins are not allowed. Set a deposit limit in your account before you play; if you raise a limit later, the change takes 24 hours to apply.
