How Fishin’ Christmas Pots of Gold plays
Unlike many fishing slots, the collector is already active in the base game. The Santa leprechaun is a wild that can land only on the fifth reel during normal spins, and when he arrives with cash fish in view he collects every value on show. Fish carry cash prizes or one of four jackpot labels, so a single collection can include a fixed jackpot. The largest, the Mega, is worth 5,000x the stake.
- Santa leprechaun: wild in every stage of the game and the only symbol that collects fish.
- Cash fish: show cash values or a Mini, Minor, Major or Mega jackpot.
- Scatter: three or more start free spins.
Free spins and the bigger grid
Three, four or five scatters award 10, 15 or 20 free spins, and the reels grow by two rows, giving five rows and 20 paylines for the whole round. The Santa leprechaun is no longer tied to reel five, so he can land anywhere and collect from fish across the larger grid.
Each Santa collected moves along a trail above the reels. Every third one awards five extra free spins and raises the multiplier on collected fish values, climbing to a top level of 10x. The multiplier applies only to fish prizes, and extra spins stop once 10x is reached.
