How Egyptian Emeralds plays
Playtech gave the familiar Egyptian theme a jewelled look: the symbols are brightly coloured gemstones, each carved with a classic Egyptian icon. Wins pay from the left along the 10 lines, and the paytable climbs from the palm tree and the Eye of Horus through Bastet and the ankh up to Anubis.
Above them all is the scarab beetle, which is the wild. It substitutes for all the standard symbols, can land stacked three high and pays 20x stake for five on a line, the most of any symbol.
The Scarab Respin
The respin needs a complete stack: three scarab wilds filling reel 2, 3 or 4 from top to bottom. Once that spin’s wins are paid, the wilds scuttle to random positions on the reels and the rest of the screen spins again, giving the same wilds a second chance to line up with matching symbols.
If another full stack of scarabs lands on one of the middle reels during the respin, those wilds join the ones already in play and you get another respin. That chain is the only way to extend the feature.
There is no free spins round at all, so the respin is the whole bonus, and the game is rated low to medium volatility.
