Santa’s Great Gifts slot review

Santa’s Great Gifts arrived from Pragmatic Play in November 2022. It drops festive symbols onto a six-reel, five-row grid with no paylines: eight or more of the same symbol anywhere on screen pay, and tumbles clear each win to make room for more. Wrapped presents carry multipliers from 2x to 100x, and the maximum win is 5,000x the stake.

How Santa’s Great Gifts plays

After a win, the paying symbols vanish, everything above them drops, and fresh symbols fill the gaps until a tumble lands nothing new. Only then do the presents count. Any multiplier gift that appeared during the sequence opens to show its number, the numbers are added together, and the sum is applied to the whole amount won across those tumbles.

The paytable leans on seasonal treats and decorations, with candy canes and snow globes among them. There are no wilds at all, so the grid works purely on volume: the more copies of one symbol in view, the higher the pay tier it reaches.

Free spins and the multiplier levels

Four, five or six scatters start 10, 15 or 20 free spins. What sets the round apart from the base game is a progress meter. Every multiplier present that lands is counted, and reaching set totals moves the round up a level. Each new level raises the lowest value a present can show, so the modest early drops give way to larger minimums, up to a floor of 50x on the final level, while the ceiling stays at 100x.

That makes it a slow-building feature: the round tends to get more interesting as gifts are counted and the floor lifts. A present still needs a win in its own tumble sequence before its value does anything.

Frequently asked questions

Does Santa’s Great Gifts have paylines?

No. Eight or more matching symbols anywhere on the six-by-five grid make a win, and tumbles can add further wins on the same spin.

How do the gift multipliers work?

Presents can land showing 2x to 100x. When the tumbles stop, their values are added together and the total multiplies what that spin won.

How many free spins can I get?

Four, five or six scatters award 10, 15 or 20 free spins. Collecting multipliers during the round can raise their minimum value, up to 50x.

What is the RTP?

The game’s information panel shows it. RTP can differ between operators and game versions, so check the panel in the version you play.
