Santa’s Wonderland slot review
Pragmatic Play brought out Santa’s Wonderland in November 2021. Presents and coloured baubles fill an 8x8 grid, and any group of five or more identical symbols linked across or down pays as a cluster before a tumble clears them away. Hidden snowflakes add modifiers as you go, and the maximum win is 7,500x the stake.

How Santa’s Wonderland plays
There are no paylines here. A cluster needs at least five identical symbols joined side by side or above and below, and larger groups pay more. Each winning cluster vanishes and the symbols above slide down, so a single paid spin can run through several drops. Santa is the wild, but he never lands by himself: he only reaches the grid through two of the modifiers, and one Santa can join more than one cluster at once.
Before each spin, five coloured snowflakes are hidden beneath random cells. A winning symbol that disappears from a cell with a snowflake under it reveals that colour and loads it onto the clock beside the grid. Once the drops stop, each stored snowflake fires:
- Blue, Refresh: clears everything except wilds and starts a fresh tumble.
- Purple, Wild Santa: every copy of one randomly chosen symbol becomes a Santa wild.
- Yellow, Blocks: drops 2x2 blocks of matching symbols at random spots.
- Red, Supersize: adds one giant symbol measuring 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5.
- Green, Lucky Santa: scatters between 5 and 15 wilds across the grid.
The Midnight Riches feature
Every winning symbol you collect adds to the Midnight Riches meter beside the grid. Fill it and the progressive feature begins. It has five levels with a global multiplier that starts at x3 and climbs by three at each step, reaching x15 on level five. Collecting further winning symbols pushes you up a level.
On every level all five snowflake modifiers play out, one after another, so the grid fills with wilds, blocks and supersized symbols while the multiplier grows. The in-game rules explain exactly when the round finishes.
