Pirots 5 is the fifth numbered game in ELK Studios’ Pirots series, released in July 2026, and it sends the four pirate birds into an ancient temple. It uses the CollectR system on a 6x6 grid that can grow to 8x8, where birds collect matching gems instead of paying on lines. The maximum win is 10,000x stake.

How Pirots 5 plays
Each spin fills the grid with gems in four colours plus four birds. A bird collects any adjacent gem of its own colour and keeps moving until it runs out of matches, and collected gems are paid. Feature symbols join in along the way:
- Coins: cash prizes when collected.
- Wilds: stand in for gems.
- Upgrades and Upgrade All: raise gem values, with progress carried into the bonus.
- Transform: turns groups of gems into a bird’s colour.
The new character is Captain Blackfeather. When he appears, he can turn one to four birds into ghosts and change the gems they target into Blackfeather gems with higher values. The temple setting adds hazards too, such as the Secret Door, which rotates the grid and moves every symbol and bird to a new spot.
The bonus and the Cursed Temple Coin Game
Collecting three bonus symbols during the base game starts the bonus, a round of free drops in which the grid size and gem upgrades you have built up are kept. A Super Bonus version starts when one of the three bonus symbols is a super bonus symbol.
There is a second route as well. If the grid is cleared completely during a Secret Door event, the Cursed Temple Coin Game begins on the 8x8 grid. Catacomb tiles in the corners can also start a battle with a mummy, and a win there awards a feature symbol.
Compared with Pirots 4’s space station, the angle here is the temple itself: the Secret Door and the catacomb mummy battles reshape the board during a spin, and the rarest prize, the Cursed Temple Coin Game, is reached only by clearing the grid while a Secret Door event is running.
