How Odin’s Riches plays
The grid is filled with four Norse rune symbols and four animals: ravens, serpents, wolves and dragons, which pay the most. A cluster of five or more matching symbols, joined up or down or side to side, pays.
Rolling Reels keep each spin going. Winning clusters are removed, new symbols fall into the gaps and a wild is created on each roll, standing in for any pay symbol. The rolls continue until no new cluster forms.
Every winning symbol is collected in a meter of five sections, each needing 25 symbols. Each filled section queues one of four modifiers, which play out once a roll ends without a win:
- Dragon Riches: any five or more matching symbols win, wherever they are.
- Wolf’s Hunger: the low symbols are removed, starting a new roll.
- Serpent’s Wisdom: a low symbol is upgraded to a higher one.
- Raven’s Flight: diagonal lines are cleared and three to five wilds are added.
Free spins and the rising multiplier
Filling the whole meter, 125 winning symbols, awards 7 free spins. In the round, a random modifier is queued at the start of each spin, and every modifier that triggers adds 1 to a win multiplier that keeps climbing for the rest of the round. Collecting another 125 symbols adds 3 more spins.
This is what makes Odin’s Riches different from most Norse slots, which tend to rely on free spins triggered by scatters. Here, nothing triggers the bonus but the wins themselves: the longer a chain of rolls goes on, the closer the meter gets to free spins.
