How Eye of Horus Tablets of Destiny plays
Spin for spin, the base game sticks closely to the series formula. Matching symbols pay along 10 lines from left to right, the Horus wild can land on reels 2, 3 and 4, and wherever he appears he grows into a stacked wild covering his reel. He replaces everything apart from the bonus scatter.
Three, four or five scatters anywhere in view open the free games and also pay 2x, 20x or 50x your stake. Twelve free spins are the starting allowance, and three or more scatters inside the round add another 12.
The Tablets of Destiny bonus
Before the first free spin you choose from a wall of tablets. Each pick can reveal one of these modifiers, and you keep picking until the round begins, with up to five upgrades in total:
- Wild on reel 1 or reel 5: Horus can then land on an outer reel as well as the middle three.
- Extra games: adds free spins to your starting total.
- Upgrade: moves a tablet symbol up the pay ladder at once.
- Golden Horus: turns the wilds golden, which pushes the tablets towards the top-paying Golden Eye.
Once the reels turn, the familiar upgrading mechanic takes over: every Horus wild in view upgrades the tablet symbols and awards extra spins. Because the picks can open more reels to the wild, two players entering the same bonus may face very different rounds.
