Big Bass Halloween 3 slot review

Pragmatic Play brought the third Halloween chapter of its Big Bass fishing series out in October 2025. It keeps the familiar 5x3 grid and 10 paylines, but the free spins now use two fisherman wilds, one in red and one in blue, each with its own meter. Fish money symbols can carry up to 5,000x the stake, and 5,000x is also the top payout.

How Big Bass Halloween 3 plays

The reels take on a gloomy Halloween look, with fish that carry cash values. Wins come from three or more matching symbols on one of the 10 fixed lines, read from the left. The base game is mostly about lining up scatters: three, four or five of them open the bonus.

What sets this third Halloween release apart from the first two is the split wild. Earlier versions track a single fisherman; here the red and blue anglers are counted separately, so the bonus has two progress bars running at once instead of one.

Free spins with two fisherman meters

Three scatters give 15 free spins, and five give 25. During the round, any fisherman wild that lands collects the value of every money fish in view, with fish worth up to 5,000x the stake.

Each colour of wild fills its own meter. Every fourth wild of the same colour awards 10 more free spins and lifts the multiplier on collected fish values:

  • First level up: 2x
  • Second level up: 3x
  • Third level up: 10x

Because two meters are filling side by side, a bonus can retrigger from either colour, which gives the round a little more variety than the single trail of older entries.
