How Battle Maidens: Cleopatra plays
This time the maidens join Cleopatra in her fight against Anubis, the god of death and the afterlife, and Anubis himself is the wild, standing in for the standard symbols. Sphinxes, sarcophagi, scarabs and ankhs fill the reels alongside A to J card symbols.
The base game has a feature of its own. When the Eye of Horus lands, it turns itself and up to four standard symbols into wilds. The five maidens are the scatters, and three or more of them in one spin start the free spins.
Free spins with the maidens
Three or more maiden scatters award 10 free spins, and each maiden who triggered the round brings her own ability:
- one acts as a wild that doubles wins;
- one becomes a sticky wild;
- one adds an extra free spin;
- one raises the multiplier by 1;
- one expands to cover her whole reel.
The Eye of Horus keeps working during the round: each time it lands, it adds one free spin and raises the multiplier by 1. Compared with the original, the sequel has a lower top prize, 10,000x against 20,000x, and 1X2gaming rates it as medium volatility.
