Alchemy Fortunes slot review
Alchemy Fortunes was made by All41 Studios for Microgaming and launched in December 2020. It has no paylines: symbols pay in Hyperclusters of five or more on a 7x7 grid, and Rolling Reels clear each win so new symbols can fall in. Every winning symbol charges a five-level Magic Potion Meter, and the maximum win is 1,100x stake.

How Alchemy Fortunes plays
The grid sits in an alchemist’s laboratory. Four coloured gems are the low pays and four potion flasks the high pays, led by the red potion, where a cluster of 30 or more pays 500x stake.
A cluster forms when five or more matching symbols touch horizontally or vertically. After each win, Rolling Reels remove the cluster and drop new symbols into the gaps, and the sequence carries on for as long as fresh clusters keep forming. The wild can complete a cluster for any regular symbol.
The Magic Potion Meter
The meter is the heart of the game, and the reason a long Rolling Reels sequence can be worth more than its cluster wins alone. It gains one point for each winning symbol, and each of its five levels sets off a feature:
- 20 – Potion Swap: the potions in view all change into one randomly chosen potion.
- 40 – Summon Wilds: 3 to 6 wilds are added at random positions.
- 60 – Gem Crush: the low-paying gems are removed.
- 80 – Alchemy of Wilds: marked positions are turned into wilds.
- 100 – Fortune Free Spins: 5 free spins.
During the free spins, Potion Swap always changes the potions into the top-paying symbol, and Summon Wilds always adds five wilds. Filling the meter to 100 again awards 5 more spins.
