Gold Collector is a mining slot that All41 Studios made for Microgaming, released in April 2021, with five reels, four rows and 50 paylines. Its main feature is HyperHold, a respin round in which filling a whole reel with gold coins wins that reel’s jackpot, from the 10x Mini on reel 1 to the 1,000x Grand on reel 5. Wins are capped at 1,200x the stake.

How Gold Collector plays
The gold digger is the top symbol, paying 15x the stake for five on a payline. The wild appears only on the three middle reels and stands in for the regular symbols.
Two special symbols lead to the features. Gold cash coins start HyperHold when three or more land on the same spin, and dynamite scatters start the free spins.
HyperHold and the reel jackpots
When HyperHold starts, the triggering coins hold in place and each reel starts with its own count of three respins. Each new coin sticks and resets the count on its reel to three, and the round ends when the respins run out or every position on the grid holds a coin.
The prize ladder is what sets Gold Collector apart from other hold-and-respin games: each reel carries its own jackpot, won by filling that reel from top to bottom. Reel 1 pays the 10x Mini, reel 2 the 20x Minor, reel 3 the 50x Maxi, reel 4 the 100x Major and reel 5 the 1,000x Grand.
Three dynamite scatters on reels 2, 3 and 4 award 8 free spins, and more scatters during the round can retrigger it. HyperHold is built into the free spins: it triggers at least once in every round and can trigger more than once.
