How Silver Lion plays
There are no paylines to follow. A win needs matching symbols on adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost, and four rows on each of the five reels add up to 1,024 ways. The silver lion is the top-paying symbol, ahead of animals including the hippo, zebra and meerkat, with card values from A down to 9 below them.
Despite the game’s name, the lion is not the wild. That job belongs to a tree silhouette, which lands only on reels 2, 3 and 4 and substitutes for every symbol except the bonus scatter.
Free spins with multiplier wilds
Three, four or five bonus scatters award 8, 15 or 20 free spins. During the round every tree wild carries a 2x or 3x multiplier, and if two or more wilds form part of the same win their multipliers are multiplied together: a 2x and a 3x make 6x, and three 3x wilds reach the 27x ceiling.
Because the wild only appears on the middle three reels, a single winning way can include at most three of them, which is why 27x is the limit. Scatters landing during the round can retrigger it.
