How Luck O’ The Irish Fortune Play 3 plays
The base game runs on 20 fixed lines across a 5x4 grid, and the symbols to watch are the mystery symbols. They can land in tall stacks on every reel and then all reveal the same symbol at random, so a single spin can turn large parts of the grid into one symbol.
Mystery symbols can also reveal cash symbols, which is one way into Money Spins.
Fortune Play is an optional mode priced at ten times the base stake. In it, any mystery symbols that land carry over to the reels still to spin, giving the rest of the play more mystery positions to work with.
Money Spins and the Cashpots
Money Spins is a respins round in which cash symbols land with prize values, and four fixed Cashpots can be won alongside the ordinary cash prizes.
The new piece in this instalment is the Lucky Leprechaun, a super collector symbol. When he lands, he gathers every cash value in view and resets the spin counter to three, which keeps the round going for longer.
The Cashpots and the collector are what this instalment adds over Fortune Play 2, so a Money Spins round can award more than the cash symbols in view.
