Gold Cash Free Spins Fortune Edition slot review
Gold Cash Free Spins Fortune Edition is Inspired Gaming’s April 2026 update of the original Gold Cash Free Spins. The core game is unchanged, with five reels, four rows, 40 lines and a round of 8 free spins. The main addition is Fortune Spins, an optional mode that clears the lower symbols off the reels and leaves blanks in their place.

How Gold Cash Free Spins Fortune Edition plays
In standard play it works like the 2020 game: wins pay along 40 fixed lines from the leftmost reel, and the glowing FS coins start the bonus. The extra choices sit in optional modes, which may not appear in every version.
- Fortune Spins: card ranks and banknotes are removed and replaced with blanks, so only gold bar symbols, wilds and FS coins can land. The small wins from the lower symbols disappear, and every line win comes from the gold bars or wilds.
- Gamble: you can leave it off, turn it on for all wins, or use it only for wins of 5x stake or more, then try to raise a base game win or reach the bonus.
Free spins and Fortune Bet
Three FS coins, one on each of reels 1, 3 and 5, award 8 free spins. As in the original, the bonus reels hold only the three gold bar symbols and the wild.
Fortune Bet, where available, raises the stake to 1.5 times. In return, Inspired’s rules say reel 5 respins whenever coins land on reels 1 and 3 without one on reel 5, giving another chance at the third coin.
