Fruity Bonanza Scatter Drops slot review
Fruity Bonanza Scatter Drops is a cascading scatter-pays slot from Inspired Gaming, released in 2021. Its six reels and seven rows hold fruit and card-suit symbols in different sizes, and any eight or more matching symbols in view make a win, wherever they sit. Four or more star scatters start the Free Drops round.

How Fruity Bonanza Scatter Drops plays
There are no paylines or ways to follow. Once eight or more of one symbol are on screen, they pay, burst and make room for new symbols that drop in from above. The cascade carries on for as long as new wins form, so one spin can produce a chain of wins. Inspired says this Scatter Pays mechanic creates more cascade action than traditional Megaways games.
- Strawberries, bananas, plums and pears are among the high pays.
- Spades, hearts, clubs and diamonds are the low pays.
- The star is the scatter.
Free Drops
The game calls its free spins Free Drops. Four or more stars anywhere start 10 of them, and each extra star adds more, with a limit of 76 in one round. There are two versions of the round, and they handle multipliers in different ways:
- Bonanza Free Drops: a win multiplier that goes up by one with every cascading win.
- Fruity Free Drops: a multiplier symbol worth from x2 to x100, applied to the total win. It does not appear on every spin.
The Bonanza version rewards long chains of cascades, while the Fruity version depends on the multiplier symbol turning up.
