How Fortunes Rising plays

Golden animal statues pay the higher prizes, among them the tiger, the bear and the stag, with card values from A down to 9 below them. Matching symbols pay on adjacent reels from the left, so there are no fixed paylines to follow.

The wild lands only on the three middle reels and helps complete wins, while the ceremonial drum is the scatter. Both symbols carry more weight than usual: the wild is the way into the Bao Tree jackpots, and the drum is the way into the free spins.

The Bao Tree and the Fortunes Rising feature

Any spin that lands one or more wilds can trigger the Bao Tree at random. Twelve coins appear, and you pick them until three matching jackpots show: the Mini pays 10x the stake, the Minor 20x, the Major 100x and the Grand 1,000x.

Three or more drum scatters on consecutive reels from the left start the Fortunes Rising feature, and the format is your choice: 15 free spins on three rows, 10 on four rows, 5 on five rows, 3 on six rows, or a mystery option that sets both for you. More scatters during the round can retrigger it.

The choice trades length for width. The three-row option gives the most spins at 243 ways, while the six-row option packs the round into three spins at 7,776 ways each.
