777 Burn 'Em Up is a Light & Wonder slot first released in August 2019, built on a classic fruits-and-sevens look. How 777 Burn 'Em Up plays

There are no cascades, collectors or grids that grow here. The appeal is a traditional reel set where all 10 lines stay active on every spin. Combinations pay from the leftmost reel and need at least three matching symbols.

The symbol set reads like a fruit machine:

  • Plums, oranges, melons and cherries
  • Single, double and triple sevens, with a separate prize for any mix of sevens
  • A golden crown, the highest regular symbol
  • The joker wild, which replaces every symbol except the scatter and pays the most of all
  • The game logo, which acts as the scatter

Free spins with upgrading 7s

Scatters count anywhere on the reels. Three of them award 12 free spins, four award 18 and five award 24, and landing more scatters during the round can add further spins.

What changes in the round is the way sevens are treated. Whenever a winning line includes different kinds of seven, every seven in that line upgrades to match the highest-value seven on it. A line of single and double sevens finished by one triple seven, for example, is paid as a line of triple sevens. In the base game the same line would only pay the mixed-sevens prize, so the upgrade is the feature that lifts the round above an ordinary set of free spins.
