Wish Upon a Cashpot slot review
Wish Upon a Cashpot is a Blueprint Gaming slot from February 2022, a fairytale revamp of the studio’s Wish Upon a Jackpot. It runs on five reels and three rows with 20 paylines. Golden Egg scatters can pay instant Cashpot prizes on any spin, a Fairy Godmother free spins round opens with a pick-and-reveal stage, and the maximum win is 50,000x your stake.

How Wish Upon a Cashpot plays
Storybook characters are the premium symbols and a castle is the wild, standing in for everything except the two scatters. Wins pay left to right along 20 fixed lines.
The game’s name comes from the Cashpot board beside the reels, which holds seven prizes. Golden Egg scatters can land anywhere, and three or more in one spin pay the matching prize straight away:
- 3 Golden Eggs: the smallest Cashpot, worth 1x stake.
- 6 Golden Eggs: 40x stake.
- 9 Golden Eggs: the top Cashpot, worth 1,000x stake.
Because the eggs pay in any position, a spin with no line wins at all can still end with a prize from the board.
Fairy Godmother free spins
Three book scatters landing together on reels two, three and four start the bonus. Before any free spins are played, 15 magic orbs are laid out and you pick them one at a time. Each orb can reveal extra free spins, a boost to the line win multiplier, or a Cashpot Boost that raises the value of the Golden Egg prizes for the whole round.
This pick stage is the game’s own angle. Where many Cashpot titles hand you a fixed bonus, here the spins, the multiplier and the egg values are all set by what you reveal, so no two rounds start the same way.
