How Wild Cats Multiline plays
Red Tiger named the layout Multiline because the line count is never fixed. The game sets a new height for the reels on every spin, and the more rows that appear, the more lines are in play: 4 on the shortest grid, then 9, 16, 25 and 36, and 49 when all seven rows show. The base game has no other modifiers, so that shifting grid is its main event.
- Card suits: five lower-paying symbols.
- Big cats: a lynx, a leopard, a panther and a tiger, with the tiger paying the most.
- Wild Lion: stands in for the paying symbols, and six lions on a line pay 50x the stake.
- Royal Spins scatter: the symbol that opens the free spins.
Royal Spins and the Wild Lion
Three or more Royal Spins scatters anywhere on the reels start the free spins, with more scatters giving more spins. Inside the round the Wild Lion takes on a second job. Once any line wins are paid, the lions clear a random symbol from the reels completely, and fresh symbols drop into the gaps for a respin.
That clear-out sets the round apart. Red Tiger says a low-paying symbol that has been removed stays off the reels for the respins that follow, while a removed big cat can still land again, so the longer a sequence runs, the fewer card suits are left to appear. The sequence carries on while new lions keep arriving, and up to 10 lions can sit on the reels at once.
