Sweet Success Megaways is a Blueprint Gaming slot built on the Megaways mechanic, with six reels and up to 117,649 ways to win. How Sweet Success Megaways plays
The six reels each show between two and seven symbols, which gives up to 117,649 ways to win. Every win starts a cascade: the winning sweets are cleared, new symbols drop into the gaps, and any fresh win cascades in turn, so a single spin can keep paying. Card ranks from 9 to A pay the least, red, blue and green candies sit above them, and the game logo is the top symbol. A wild stands in for other symbols to complete wins, and the game is rated medium to high in volatility.
The Pick 'N' Mix round
Four or more winning cascades in a row award the Pick 'N' Mix round, so the cascades do two jobs here: each can pay, and each counts towards that chain. The round is played by choosing from a selection of wrapped sweets, and each sweet you pick unwraps to reveal a cash value or a number of free spins. Longer chains of cascades open the Super Pick 'N' Mix or the Mega Pick 'N' Mix instead of the standard round.
Free spins with an unlimited multiplier
The free spins that the sweets reveal bring two extra features. Mystery symbols are added to the reels, and a win multiplier runs through the whole round: it goes up by 1 after every win and never reaches a ceiling. As a worked example, if the multiplier stands at x4 when a 20p win lands, that win pays 80p and the multiplier moves on to x5 for the next one. Blueprint calls each cascade a reaction, and the multiplier rises after every winning reaction, so one spin with a long chain of cascades can lift it several steps.
Sweet Success Megaways compared with Buffalo Rising Megaways and Return of Kong Megaways
Blueprint pairs up to 117,649 ways with a free spins multiplier that climbs after every cascade in Buffalo Rising Megaways and Return of Kong Megaways too. Where the three differ is how the free spins begin. Buffalo Rising needs four scatters and then lets you choose your mix of spins and starting multiplier. Return of Kong opens its round with Kong’s scatter symbols. Sweet Success Megaways hands out its free spins through the picks of the Pick 'N' Mix round.
| Game | How the free spins start | Free spins multiplier |
|---|---|---|
| Buffalo Rising Megaways | 4 scatters, then a choice of spins and starting multiplier, or a mystery choice | Rises after every cascade |
| Return of Kong Megaways | Kong’s scatter symbols | Rises after every cascade |
| Sweet Success Megaways | Picks in the Pick 'N' Mix round, opened by 4 or more winning cascades in a row | Rises by 1 after every win, with no upper limit |

The game’s own range runs from 20p to £10 a spin, so it is the UK caps in the key facts table, rather than the game, that set the highest stake you can play here. In the tiles above, Sweet Success Megaways sits with other Megaways games. Fortune Games has an app on the App Store and Google Play.
Frequently asked questions
How do the mystery symbols work in the Sweet Success Megaways free spins?
When they land during the free spins, every mystery symbol in view turns into the same randomly chosen symbol. That can line up matching symbols across several reels at once, and any win they help to make cascades and adds to the multiplier like every other win in the round.
Which symbol pays the most in Sweet Success Megaways?
The game logo. It is also the only symbol that pays for two in a row, while the candies and the card ranks need at least three matching symbols before they pay anything. Its value for six of a kind is in the key facts table, alongside the rest of the symbol set.
Can the Sweet Success Megaways free spins be retriggered?
Yes. Blueprint says the free spins can retrigger at any point during the bonus round, which means more spins can be won while the round is still running, not only on the spin that started it.
