What bingo you can play at Fortune Games
Fortune Games is an online casino rather than a dedicated bingo site. The Bingo tab in our lobby currently has one game, Tome of Madness Bingo; games come and go, so check the lobby for today’s list.
Most of our bingo-style play is Slingo. Each game puts a grid of numbers above a reel: you spin, numbers that match are marked on the grid, and completing lines moves you up a prize ladder. There is no caller and no other players. Our lobby has more than 80 Slingo games, from Slingo Rainbow Riches to Slingo Centurion; see our guide to Slingo games.
There are also bingo-themed slots such as My Bingo Hall, Bingo Mania and The Green Machine Bingo. They look like bingo but play as slots; our guide to bingo slots online explains the difference.
How online bingo works
In bingo you buy one or more tickets, numbers are drawn at random, and the first ticket to complete the winning pattern takes the prize. 90-ball bingo is the classic British game: each ticket has 15 numbers between 1 and 90 on three lines of five, and a game pays three prizes in turn, one line, two lines and the full house for all 15. See our guides to 90-ball bingo and the full house.
80-ball and 75-ball bingo use fewer numbers and are usually played to a set pattern. An 80-ball ticket is a four-by-four grid of 16 numbers, and 75-ball, the standard game in North America, uses a five-by-five card with a free space in the middle. Our guides to 80-ball and 75-ball bingo explain the patterns.
Is online bingo gambling, and is it fair?
Bingo played for money is gambling. Under the Gambling Act 2005, gaming means playing a game of chance for a prize, and gaming is one of the three forms of gambling in the Act, so anyone offering online bingo to consumers in Great Britain needs a Gambling Commission licence. Is bingo gambling? has more detail.
The Commission’s remote technical standards say random number generation and game results must be acceptably random, bingo included, and under its testing strategy an approved third-party test house analyses the random number generator before release. Results are still down to chance, and no system changes the odds. Are online bingo sites fair? shows how to check a site.
Bingo websites: how to check one before you join
Whether you pick an online bingo casino like ours or a bingo-only site, look in its footer for the operator’s name and Gambling Commission account number, then search for that number on the Commission’s public register. The register lists the websites each operator runs. Ours is 39175, and our guide on how to check a casino is licensed walks through it. A licence does not change your chances of winning, but it does mean the site must follow the Commission’s rules.
You must be 18 or over. Since 7 May 2019, licensed online operators have had to verify a customer’s name, address and date of birth before they can gamble, so we check your age and identity when you join.
Deposits, limits and bingo on your phone
The minimum deposit is £10. Our terms list Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Maestro, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and pay by mobile, which carries a £2.50 fee on each deposit. Withdrawals are paid to a debit card registered on your account. You can set deposit limits on your account; see our guides to setting a gambling budget and GAMSTOP.
For online bingo on your phone, play in your browser or in our free app for iPhone and Android; it is the same account either way. See our casino app guide.
Frequently asked questions
Can I play bingo online for real money at Fortune Games?
Yes, if you are 18 or over: open an account, pass our age and identity checks and deposit at least £10. Our Bingo tab has Tome of Madness Bingo, and there are more than 80 Slingo games.
Does Fortune Games have 90-ball bingo rooms?
Our lobby’s Bingo tab currently lists Tome of Madness Bingo rather than scheduled 90-ball, 80-ball or 75-ball rooms, and the list can change. Slingo gives you a bingo-style grid in a game you play on your own.
Is there an online bingo app?
Fortune Games has a free app for iPhone and Android that uses the same account as the website, and you can also play in your phone’s browser without downloading anything.
Is online bingo fair?
On a site licensed in Great Britain, results must be acceptably random under the Gambling Commission’s technical standards, and an approved test house analyses the random number generator before release. Every result is still down to chance.
What is the best online bingo site?
There’s no official ranking of bingo websites or bingo games. Check that a site’s licence is on the Gambling Commission’s public register, then compare its games, terms, payment methods and safer-gambling tools.
