How Monopoly Megaways plays
Wins pay left to right on adjacent reels, and reel heights change every spin, so ways run from 64 to 117,649. When a win lands, the winning symbols are removed and new ones drop in. This is a Reaction, and it continues while new wins form.
What sets it apart is the Reel Adventure. After each win, Mr Monopoly moves along a board below the reels, and his square decides what happens next:
- GO – the next spin plays with the full 117,649 ways.
- Properties – from the second Reaction of a spin, houses are added to the property he lands on.
- Train stations and utilities – these are claimed and kept for the free spins round.
- Chance and Community Chest – these can send him to a property holding one to four houses.
Houses stay on the board between spins, so the base game is a slow build.
Free spins and the Monopoly board
Free spins start when a fifth house is added to a property. The round opens with eight free spins, with extra spins for any houses beyond the fifth and for each train station you have claimed. The win multiplier starts at 1x and rises for each utility you own.
Mr Monopoly keeps moving: houses on any property he lands on add to the multiplier, and stations can add spins. Stations and utilities clear when it ends. If the feature is triggered again later, it starts with at least 11 free spins.
