How Genie Nights plays
Red Tiger keeps the grid small: three reels of three symbols, read along 5 paylines. Instead of a long run of base-game extras, most of the game’s special symbols exist to open a bonus. Three Respin symbols lined up on a payline pay a small prize and set off a respin. Three Wish symbols on a line, or three Great Wish symbols, go straight to the matching free spins round.
The one symbol that breaks the 3x3 pattern is the Magic Lamp. It lands as a single 3x3 symbol, so when it appears it fills the whole grid, and it starts a prize draw instead of paying along a line.
Respin
A line of three Respin symbols pays and gives a free respin. Each respin raises the chance of landing another one, or of reaching a Wish bonus, and up to 4 can follow one another in a row. The fourth respin is different from the others: only Respin, Wish and Great Wish symbols can land on it, so the ordinary paying symbols drop out and the reels show only symbols tied to a feature.
Magic Lamp Bonus
When the 3x3 Magic Lamp lands, it opens Magic Roulette. The wheel settles on one of two kinds of result. It can pay one of four instant cash prizes, listed in the table above, or it can award one of the three Wish bonuses directly, including Mega Wish, the level that otherwise can only be reached through an upgrade on a Wish round’s last spin.
Wish and Great Wish
Both rounds give 8 free spins. Great Wish plays like Wish but with a higher chance of wins on each spin. The last spin of either round matters most. In Wish, a line of Wish or Great Wish symbols on that spin retriggers 8 more spins; in Great Wish, only a line of Great Wish symbols does. That final spin can also be upgraded at random to Mega Wish, and if it would end without a win, a Nudge can move a reel to form one.
Mega Wish
Mega Wish replaces the usual symbol set with tall 1x3 Genie super symbols, the only symbols that appear in this round. The round has no fixed spin count. Instead it keeps going for as long as every spin wins, which gives it an open-ended length, unlike the 8-spin rounds below it. It can come from the Magic Lamp or from a random upgrade on the last spin of a Wish bonus, and in that case the Wish or Great Wish that landed before the upgrade is also awarded.
