Feel the Beat slot review

Feel the Beat is a Hacksaw Gaming slot released in January 2024, with a neon dance-party look and a 5x5 grid that pays on 27 lines. Its standout idea is the Speaker Mechanic, which flips whole winning paylines into one paying symbol, while each X symbol can reveal a multiplier of up to 200x. Two free spins rounds sit on top, and the maximum win is 10,000x stake.

How Feel the Beat plays

The presentation leans into the party: two dancers move beside the reels, and arrow buttons above the grid let you switch to a different track. Wins pay from the leftmost reel along the 27 lines, and the wild substitutes for every symbol in the paytable. Two special symbols shape the base game:

  • Speaker: when two or more land on different reels, the winning paylines connecting them flip, and every symbol on those lines, wilds and FS scatters included, turns into the same paying symbol. Two speakers on one reel also fill the gap between them with more speakers.
  • X symbol: on any spin with a win, it reveals a multiplier from 2x to 200x, applied to the total win for that spin.

An FS scatter that gets flipped still counts towards triggering a bonus.

The two bonus rounds

Three FS scatters in the base game start Pump Up the Jam!, 10 free spins in which the base-game mechanics trigger more often and the Speaker Mechanic can also turn symbols into wilds.

Four FS scatters start the bigger round, also 10 free spins. Every X symbol that lands adds its value to a global multiplier, which applies to the total win of any spin where a win and an X symbol appear together, so it can keep climbing through the round. The Speaker Mechanic can add wilds here too.

In both rounds, two more FS symbols add 2 spins and three add 4.
